[AWIPS #GXY-460628]: Issues with recently installed EDEX Server

Hi Brian,

Sorry, we're playing a bit of email tag right now.  Yes, I have received all of 
the text files with the
outputs that I requested.
I just sent you an email with the solution to your grib ingestion problem, I 
hope.
As far as the satellite issues, all your permissions look correct.  So, at 
least from this standpoint, 
that doesn't appear to obviously be the issue.  One more thing I suppose before 
moving on could you 
send me the outputs from:
ls -l /awips2/data_store/GOES
ls -l /awips2/data_store/goesr

Also, could you send me the following files:
/awips2/edex/data/utility/common_static/base/distribution/satellite.gini.xml
/awips2/edex/data/utility/common_static/base/distribution/goesr.xml

I'd like to compare them with what we have on our system.
