[AWIPS #ECP-662399]: CAVE is not working remotely



Hi Gyorgyi,

I asked some of my coworkers about running CAVE in the cloud (which is what 
your link references, I think). 
You can definitely go ahead and give that a try, but I have a suspicion that 
it's not up and running.
I would be pleasantly surprised if it worked for you, so please let me know if 
you try and it does.
I think that is something our previous developer (Michael James) had been 
working on/maintaining, and I have
not heard anyone else talk about it since I've been at Unidata, and I have not 
come across how to/where to
support that docker image.
Please let me know if it does work for you, but also please don't be 
disappointed too much if it does not.
