Hi David, What happens if you run the wget command directly? wget_url="https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/awips2/doc/el7.repo" wget -O /etc/yum.repos.d/awips2.repo ${wget_url} Could you send us your IP address from the machine you're trying to install CAVE on? That will help us go through our logs and maybe learn something more. Also, can you run the following and provide the output: yum repolist enabled yum repolist disabled Still looking into things right now. Is it possible something on your systems has changed within the recent past? Maybe something to do with the network? Sorry this is being such a pain, hoping we can figure it out soon.
