Hi Jim, My colleague looked into this a little a bit ago. We were able to get our hands on a Mac machine running Catalina. It was running OS version 10.15.2. On that machine he was able to install and run CAVE. He run it first without the JEP installation (a python package), and then installed the add-on and ran CAVE again with no issue. Could you describe what is happening for you? And what version exactly you are using? Thanks. --Shay Carter Software Engineer II UCAR - Unidata Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: QJB-613325 Department: Support AWIPS Priority: Normal Status: Open =================== NOTE: All email exchanges with Unidata User Support are recorded in the Unidata inquiry tracking system and then made publicly available through the web.
