[AWIPS #JDN-287528]: How do I get a EDEX Server?

Hi there,

You should see an option for edex-cloud.unidata.ucar.edu, that points to our 
free edex
server that is based in the cloud.  I have attached a screenshot as well.
Please choose that option. Let me know if you have any other questions.
