[AWIPS #VPP-664898]: CAVE access to edex-cloud server

Hi Matt,

I also see the connection issue to the jetstream EDEX that you're experiencing.
I'm working on getting that back up and running, and am not sure why it's 
down right now.  I'll let you know when it's back up and I apologize for the 
inconvenience.
