Hi Arunas, For the individual files, you have to have your own EDEX server and be pointing Cave to that. Then you should just be able to drop the files into the /awips2/edex/data/manual directory and they should become available in Cave. I sent some more detailed instructions on a previous reply to this email chain dated September 17th. Let me know if you have more questions.
