Hi Alexandre,

OK, we'll try...
re:

You need to edit the EDEX LDM configuration file and change the REQUEST(s)
from the default of 'idd.unidata.ucar.edu' to 'idd.cptec.inpe.br'. REQUESTing
from idd.unidata.ucar.edu will not work since there is no ALLOW for your
machine to REQUEST feeds from it.
re:

Again, you need to edit the EDEX LDM configuration file and change all
occurrences of 'idd.unidata.ucar.edu' to idd.cptec.inpe.br'.
NB: after making any change to the the LDM configuration file, you need
to stop and restart your LDM for the changes to take effect.

Correct. There is no ALLOW on idd.unidata.ucar.edu that would allow
your machine to REQUEST data feeds from it.

This last line looks very suspicious!
Question:
- did you install AWIPS/EDEX as 'root'?
If yes, this is a mistake that needs to be fixed before you proceed!

The rest of the messages in your LDM log file are just reaffirming that there is
not ALLOW for your machine to REQUEST data from idd.unidata.ucar.edu.
re:
> Just as information, you will find the attached files ldmd.conf and
> setup.env that I'm using here.
You need to edit your ldmd.conf file and change all lines that REQUEST
feeds from 'idd.unidata.ucar.edu' to 'idd.cptec.inpe.br'. After making
the editing changes, you will need to restart your EDEX LDM (or restart
EDEX since this will also restart the EDEX LDM).
re:
> Sorry boring you with this but your answer would be really helpfull.
No worries.
Cheers,
Tom
