[AWIPS #YON-385881]: AWIPS 16.2.2 error on MacOS 10.12

After updating to Sierra 10.12.1 I have encountered no problems with AWIPS, 
Eclipse, or Java.   Installed CAVE runs as expected, reinstall works as 
expected.  Even so I'll build a new Mac client on 10.12 and we'll see if it 
runs on your machine.  More soon.
