[AWIPS #YON-385881]: AWIPS 16.2.2 error on MacOS 10.12

Hi Pete,

Can you try completely removing the installed CAVE directory and program, and 
remove ~/Library/CAVE as well, and re-install and re-start?   I would guess 
it's an eclipse-related config file issue that wasn't resolved by an update. 

I can't recreate this and have tested the latest DMG file again.
