Hi Carl, I have to remind you that Unidata AWIPS is tailed to non-operational use, and we primarily support US-based research and educational uses. The differences noticed between Unidata and NWS AWIPS (upper vs. normal case) are likely due to changes in the baseline which has made it into one release but not the other.
