[AWIPS #IFD-811918]: Segmentation faults in /awips2/edex/data/share/hydroapps/bin/runso

Hi Bob,

So I have a real solution in the works for the upcoming 16.1.4 release, but for 
now, you can solve this by manually removing the dhr.xml and dpa.xml files 
located in /awips2/edex/data/utility/edex_static/base/distribution - this will 
prevent the DHR and DPA hydro apps from running, which will then prevent this 
runso program from running as well.
