It appears that your machine does not have 4 GB to give to CAVE.  If you edit 
the file /awips2/cave/cave.ini you can redefine -Xmx4096M (line 32) to-Xmx2048M 
or -Xmx1024M and then run /awips2/cave/cave.sh again.
