[AWIPS #DMS-932903]: Unidata AWIPS CAVE can't connect to broker

Hi Tom,

I'm curious about this, can your confirm you are using the awips2-dev repo or 
is this 14.2.1?  

Also, have you tried running /awips2/cave/cave.sh without alertviz running, and 
if so, is the result the same?
