[AWIPS #FDH-124056]: Installation error

I believe it's an optional package.  I would say it's safe to remove if you 
determine that it is not needed by anyone on this system anymore.  Otherwise, 
you will need to install EDEX on a different machine without the el6 qpid 
packages installed.
