Hi Eric, I would recommend the following recommended specs: 16 CPU cores 24 GB memory 500 GB SSD either to mount the entire install (/awips2) or the data directories (/data_store and /awips2/edex/data) Also note that currently 64bit CentOS/RHEL 6.5 is the only supported operating system.
