The NCEP and Uair menus only appear when the client and server share the same localization site. You can check what localization RPM is installed with the command "rpm -qa | grep awips2-localization". Changing localization on the server is not a trivial task, for now, and involves manually editing a large number of files, or requires building a new RPM. ls -la /awips2/edex/data/utility/cave_static/site/ ls -la /awips2/edex/data/utility/edex_static/site/ That will show you what localization sites are configured.
