Hi Keith,

I think you are encountering a problem with PostgreSQL service not running 
correctly.  "service edex_postgress start|stop" is the command, and in order to 
connect to the db you must have your ip address group defined in 
/awips2/data/pg_hba.conf.  Check that file for the correct IP address for each 
listed database table.

As for 14.1.1, I don't have an install doc specifically for that release. 
You'll have to refer to the flowtag documents included with 13.5.2 for more 
help.
