Hi Evan, 13.2.1 includes 32 and 64-bit RPMs for the CAVE client, the awips2-cave group. This group should be installable on 64-bit RHEL/CentOS 5.* systems. As for a 64-bit EDEX server, I am told it is in development at Raytheon and told that we should expect it in early 2014, so I expect it in mid-2014. Until then, we just have to suffer the 1.5GB memory cap per JVM. -Michael > So I notice that the awips2.repo file has x64 rpms in it also. > > Yet I installed on a i386 machine and apparently yum checks to see what > kind of platform architecture you are running on, or the April 2013 release > is only 32-bit install? > > Do you guys have a time frame for when you will release a 64-bit install > of EDEX?
