Greetings, We do not have experience with Unidata running the TDS on a cluster. However, There are folks in the community who do. Here is an email thread discussing one such setup: https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/mailing_lists/archives/thredds/2016/msg00034.html At a minimum, each TDS worker will need to have its own cache and logs directories.
