[THREDDS #IBA-176704]: Another quick question

If you have a file compressed with e.g. Zstandard, then
the HDF5 library will automatically and dynamically load
the filters used in the file. See this document

section 4.4.
This means that netcdf-c inherits that functionality for reading.

We are working on a standard way to make this api accessible thru the
netcdf-c API when you want to write a compressed file.
