[THREDDS #RGM-701997]: wmsConfig in TDS 4.2.5 not being read?

That's strange. There shouldn't have been any WMS changes between 4.2.4 and 
4.2.5 (and I'm not seeing any in our code repository). Are you getting any 
messages in the log files?
