Randy,

you were wrongly included in the last message. 

ok, i have an alpha version of the thredds.war file at:

http://motherlode.ucar.edu:8081/thredds/thredds.war

This version will handle the ensemble grids, but all the old ensemble grid 
indexes (gbx files) will have to be deleted.
The API is almost set in stone, but there is some issues about grid spacing 
that need to be resolved yet.


There is also a file tdsidd.zip that has the ldm  pqacts that Unidata uses to 
store the grid data. The 
ensemble actions are in a file pqact.threddsconduit.
