[THREDDS #XBA-228331]: Unable to aggregate with NCML ....

ok, so lets move on to the 3rd case:

put the NcML back into the TDS, without the recheckEvery attribute. Then try to 
read it through OpeNDAP, perhaps with the ToolsUI again. Make sure this is a 
direct access to the TDS, not going thrugh your server.

If that works, then we add the recheck attribute.

Does that make sense?
