Hi Mark,

I'm afraid we aren't aware of anyone that is offering this type of service.

If you could give us some more details on what type(s) of data you want to 
serve (netCDF, GRIB, etc) and the type of computer/OS you want to purchase, we 
could give you advice on system requirements and an idea of what it would take 
to setup the OPeNDAP and THREDDS services. If you are willing to get the 
machine online and give us access, we may be able to help get the OPeNDAP and 
THREDDS pieces installed and ready to go.

Sorry this isn't exactly what you are looking for.
