Hello! Thanks for reaching out. We absolutely will be doing more in the future! We are planning to host a very similar virtual workshop to our AMS introductory short course session in the next two months or so, and then we will be hosting an intermediate MetPy course at AMS 2022. We also generally will be planning plenty more workshops beyond these. Keep an eye on the Unidata blog (https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/blogs/news/), or find us on Twitter (https://twitter.com/Unidata and https://twitter.com/Metpy/) and Facebook for announcements for these in the future.
