Greetings! Fair warning, I'm not sure how good those files are because I don't know that anyone has looked at them in quite awhile. When you say "make graphs" are you looking for time series plots or more like weather maps with maybe a station model plot (like this: https://unidata.github.io/MetPy/latest/examples/plots/Station_Plot.html) Cheers!
