[NOAAPORT #FHN-627883]: mistral home file system full

Hi Yixin,

The /home file system is once again at 100% on mistral, and this
situation will start adversely affecting NOAAPort data ingestion
(if it hasn't already done so).

Can you clear up some space in /home on mistral?
