I think that there should be no problem receiving an email with a 23 MB
attachment.
What I can say, however, is that this file will be bounced from our inquiry
tracking
system where we imposed a 2 MB limit on each email put into the system.
Because of
this limit, it would be best if you sent a new email to address@hidden.
By new, I mean one with no reference to our inquiry tracking system id (which is
LLN-564004 for this current set of exchanges).
