Hi again Heather and Mary Ellen, I just built/installed Unidata McIDAS v2009q and verified that I _can_ list, display and capture images from the EUMETSAT METEOSAT-10 images that you sent previously in a '.tjz' file. I am including the FRMSAVE screen captures of band display, but they look identical to the ones I created using v2014 and sent you earlier. Now the question is why the IMGCOPY is not working correctly on your machine? Questions: - is the machine in question noaapxcd? - if yes, is it OK for me to logon and poke around? I would likely do this from home tonight or tomorrow morning. And, I would snag the Gap statistics from noaapingest.
