[McIDAS #OEE-768879]: Server Groups in IDV

Glad to hear that things went smoothly!

As far as the XML file goes, the existing method is to create a new
XML file named something like addeimage.xml (no 100% sure on this
by the way), and stick it in a .unidata subdirectory (can't remember
exactly which one at the moment).  A big part of the use of the
XML file was to define the defaults for how images are loaded.  This
is the part that will likely change with Yuan's progressive resolution
work.
