[McIDAS #TLX-433036]: Longer GOES E/W composite loops

The IMAGEALL dataset has more of each type of image sent in the UNIWISC
datastream, but it does not have the composites that are created locally.
This could be added pretty easily, however.  Please let me know if you
think that this would be a valuable addition to the dataset.

The Super National composite has 8 km resolution, so it is lower than
the 4 km images created from UNIWISC sectors.

Again, let me know if keeping a longer timeline of the composites
would be generally useful.  If it would be, I will modify the
compositing PostProcess to save the images in both the short-term
and long term datasets.

Question:

- for a long time I have been thinking about changing the East-West
  composites so that a little less of GOES-West is included on the
  eastern margin (the current split is at 100W).  The change would
  eliminate the missing sliver we always see in the southern portion
  west of the GOES-East portion of the composite.

  What do you think?
