[Support #NAB-494698]: Mcidas--Grids not available?

Hi again Bill,

Quick update:

I have reverted the GRID decoder on adde.ucar.edu to a prior release.
Model data is once again being decoded into McIDAS GRID format.

This temporary change gives me the breathing room to be able to investigate
why the v2007 version of the decoder is not working correctly.

So, as model data are received the RTGRIDS datasets will once again
be populated, and you should be able to turn your displays of model
data back on.

In spite of this change, I would still appreciate getting a better understanding
of what model data you are likely to want to process so I can best advise you
on how to transition to the user of the new RTGRIBS dataset.
