[McIDAS #STZ-926779]: Request to add warning polygons to McIDAS WWDISP command

Hi Gilbert,

After seeing your note about a failed build attempt for wwdisp.k,
I decided to see if all that was needed was the v2006 version of
the m0wwmisc.h header file.  Unfortunately, it appears that the
changes made to fix WWDISP are contained in more than the wwdisp.c
and m0wwmisc.h source.  If I can figure out exactly what needs
to be done to retrofit the build of WWDISP (and WWLIST) in v2005
I will update weather.admin and send you a HOWTO note.

At the moment, I have to do some neighborhood tasks, so the code
testing will need to wait until later today.
