20001005: McIDAS-X DSSERVE.BAT needs to be updated

Thanks for cluing me in to this!  I have updated both my 7.6 and 7.7
development directory files and will cut an addendum with this update
on Monday.  I will also send out a tickler to mcidas-x to let them know
what they need to do.
