19990701: RAOBRPT not displaying all bulletins

I got the same output: TTAA, TTBB, TTCC, TTDD, and PPBB; no PPDD.

I did not get this on my system.  My WXTLIST found no match for 71957.
I have been trying to find a different station that doesn't have a PPDD
in the RAOBRPT listing but does show something in a WXTLIST using the
MATCH keyword you note.
