Those messages result from a downstream site requesting the same set of products as a previously-existing request *or a proper subset* of a previously-existing request. The upstream LDM process of the previously-existing connection was then terminated because the anti-DOS feature was enabled. In general, the anti-DOS feature should be enabled and if messages like this occur, the onus is on the downstream site to clean-up their requests.
