[LDM #EYE-134238]: Upstream and local giving different results

Would you please execute the command "egrep 'FATAL|ERROR|WARN' 
~/var/logs/ldmd.log" on on-dsserve.ssec.wisc.edu and send us the output.

That's likely due to a mislabeling of the product by NWS.
