The scour(1) script is now a fully-compatible but much faster C program. The noaaportIngester(1) program now has a "-R <bufsize>" option to set the size of the receive buffer for UDP packets from the NOAAPort receiver. This option was created to potentially reduce the number of missed UDP packets. Of course, the buffer size can't be set larger than the maximum allowed by the system.
