[LDM #AMR-414518]: LDM 6.13.12 killed off its pqact with signal 14, but why! :)

Arg. I misspoke. Version 6.13.13 isn't publicly available yet. I'm releasing it 
now.

I suggest you wait because the GitHub version is a development version and 
you'd have to perform some pre-development tasks first before you could build 
it.
