[LDM #RWY-557275]: Possible bugs in LDM 6.13.12

Not having a file to tell systemd(1) how to manage the LDM service might be the 
problem. I think the file should have a ".service" extension and reside in the 
"/etc/systemd/user" or "/usr/lib/systemd/user" directory-hierarchy. I'm a 
systemd(1) novice, however.
