[LDM #TCW-702523]: downstream LDM server not receiving all data (e.g. nexrad) from local LDM/NOAAPORT ingest systems

Gregg,

You're not running the LDM inside Docker are you?

This is getting weird.

Please send me the output of the following commands:
    ulimit -r
