Regrettably, we don't have a system to generate all the binary distributions 
needed to support all the various package managers (if you know of one please 
tell us); consequently, we don't have any advice.

We do have a couple of bash(1) scripts that we use to automate the deployment 
of the LDM to various systems. I could send you those, if you like, and you 
could modify them as needed.
