Our network people installed an Exinda traffic shaper over the summer. They excluded my LDM from traffic shaping so there were initially no problems. Early last week they did a software update on the machine and ever since its been throttling my data feed, even though it is not supposed to. Now to wait until our network people can figure out why it is doing what is its not supposed to be doing.
