[LDM #MIY-170840]: One of our two LDM servers is having problems

The "<http://rtstats.unidata.ucar.edu>" shouldn't be there.

What's the output of the command "regutil /hostname", executed by the LDM
user on the two systems? If it's the same, then you'll need to adjust one or
the other hostname.
