[LDM #GBK-975146]: slight differences between files

Erik,

Do you know how the LDM data-products are being created? Is it from the
NOAAPort broadcast using the LDM's noaaportIngester(1) program? If not, do you
know if the MD5 checksums are being computed using the entire data-products?
