Hi James,
Somebody is sending Horus a reset packet (and it shouldn't be us).
Would you please send us the result of trying the telnet(1) command but to
different LDM-s:
telnet idd.tamu.edu 388
and
telnet iddb.unidata.ucar.edu 388
> This is what happens if I type out the telnet command:
