[LDM #UXU-834546]: Crash of NGRID feed on noaaport1/2.cod.edu

Gilbert,

The top-level LDM server behaved *as if* it received a SIGTERM.

When we saw systemd(8) do this, it did log the fact.

I don't know what actually happened. Sorry.
