[LDM #CWA-506895]: Bug in LDM 6.13.7

This is good because ldmping(1) is used by the command "ldmadmin isrunning" 
(and by most other commands) to determine if the LDM is running.

Please verify this by executing the command "ldmping -l- -i 0" as user 
"sebenste" *without* previously becoming the LDM user.
