[LDM #EJF-472056]: LDM 6.13.0 released

Hi Dave,

I've been following the problems you were (are?) having running
WXP scripts on your Mac under 6.13.x... weird but interesting.

Given the lack of comments related to the running of the WXP
scripts after successfully building Steve's latest LDM release
candidate, I (we) are assuming that your scripts are now running
correctly.  Is this correct?
